Information we collect

To generate the free diagnosis and paid digital report, Meishuo AI collects information submitted by the user, such as background details, goals, preferences, budget range, location preferences, and optional contact details.

How we use information

Submitted information is used to generate the diagnosis, generate the paid report, save report links, provide order support, resend or restore report access, respond to privacy requests, and improve the product.

Meishuo AI does not sell personal information to third parties.

Payment information

Payment information for Paddle transactions is handled by Paddle. Meishuo AI does not store complete card numbers or bank account details.

Data retention

The current MVP stores leads, orders, and reports in permission-protected server files. Access is limited to operational use. Future iterations may add fuller deletion, export, and account management flows.

Deletion and contact

Users may request deletion, stop follow-up, or ask privacy questions by contacting product support. To verify identity, Meishuo AI may ask for an order number, contact detail, or report link.
